Club By-Laws

For All Members
- Membership must be paid in full for any player to be eligible for Club membership, team selection, and representation, as outlined in the Constitution.
- Members wishing to be considered for team selection must regularly attend official training sessions.
- Players traveling to competitions in countries requiring visas must cover their own visa and airport tax costs, unless advised otherwise.
- All Dubai Tuskers RFC members are also bound by the rules and regulations of any board or union to which the Club is affiliated.
Acknowledgement of these by-laws during registration indicates full acceptance. Applications without such acknowledgement will be considered invalid. For junior members, a parent or guardian must confirm this acceptance on their behalf.
Rugby Code of Conduct
At Dubai Tuskers RFC, all players, parents, coaches, and volunteers must uphold the values and spirit of the game. Respect, discipline, sportsmanship, and inclusion are non-negotiable pillars of our club culture.

Rugby Playing Insurance
All rugby players must have valid private health insurance to participate in any form of rugby at Dubai Tuskers RFC.
Please note: While there is no insurance requirement for Touch Rugby, it is mandatory that all players maintain their own appropriate private healthcare insurance.

Dubai Tuskers RFC – Membership Terms & Conditions
By signing up for Dubai Tuskers RFC membership, you (the “Member”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review carefully:
Definitions
- “Member” refers to the individual joining the Club.
- “Club” refers to Dubai Tuskers Rugby Football Club, a community rugby club based in Dubai.
General Membership Terms
- Membership is non-transferable and applies per person.
- A person purchasing membership on behalf of another individual is assumed to have authority to accept these terms.
- The Club may update membership packages or branding as necessary.
- The Club will attempt to fulfill all listed benefits but reserves the right to adjust offerings when required, ensuring value is retained or improved.
- Members (or their guardians for juniors) must ensure accurate, up-to-date contact details are provided.
Membership Period
- Memberships are valid from activation until the end of the following July. (The Club season typically runs from September to March.)
Liability
- The Club holds no liability for injury, loss, or damage except where caused by proven negligence.
- Members are responsible for maintaining their own insurance coverage.
Termination Policy
The Club reserves the right to suspend or cancel membership without refund if a Member:
- Fails to follow Club rules or Code of Conduct
- Provides false or misleading information
- Brings disrepute to Dubai Tuskers RFC or the sport
- Has unpaid fees or dues
If a Member chooses to cancel their membership, a pro-rata refund may be issued, excluding costs incurred by the Club (e.g., kit, insurance).
Legal Provisions
- These terms are governed under UAE law.
- If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain valid.
- The Club reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via email or published on the official club website.
